The company completely lied to me when I signed my contract (overzealous sales team), now that I am cancelling in my 13th month (i had a 13th month addendum) they are still charging me 3000 to cancel (despite the fact that they told me after 13 and 25 months I could get out). That includes 500 waived install fee, 500 promotion I received, 95/month promotional credit times 13 monts, 350 to cancel my cell contract. This company is very dishonest avoid them please contact me and I will gladly share my details.
