Total lies in sales presentation

I was lied to during their sales presentation.installation would be free and ended up costing $470. They contracted out the installation and our lines were screwed up for a week. The fax line didn't work at all, the info showing on the caller ID was wrong. I would highly recommend NOT using Cbeyond for your telecom needs. Just a scam company
