CBeyond claims to be a small business company, they locked us in the 3 year contract, made us sign all these document in fine print, sold us services we did not need and never used for 3 years, contract that says if we get out of a contract even when we are going out of business, we have to pay for all the charges and termination fees running into thousands of $. Refused to work with us to lower our contract. They are lying SOB, please do not do any business with them.in spite of being on the phone with them and pleading to lower the cost, they were not budging. Heartless company, Beware, You will be cheated!!!
