I have paid $4400 for getting an h1b filed way back in 2008. I did not get the visa. However they have not paid the money back. I have been following up on this for past 2 years. Now the phone number, New Jersey

Hi, My name is Abraham and I am writing this email from India. Way back in 2008 I have paid $4400 to optimaresources to file the h1b. As per the promises made by the consultant Ashima and Richa, they are taking this money as a kind of security deposit and will be given to us on the day we land up in the US. After few months they confirmed to us that we have got the lottery and our papers are int he process. One month after that they said USCIS is delaying the process. We have waited for along time and there was no sign of any hope. When we asked them to return the money, they mentioned to us that the money has been taken by the USCIS and will not be able to return now. For the past 2 years we were waiting for the money and now a days the phone number which we used to interact with them is just ringing. Kindly help on this regard to get the money back
