Tmobile of Albuquerque, New Mexico No Service for 3 months, paid bill for 3 months, calling CS 5 days a week no resolve

I move to Albuquerque NM on 10/12/09 from Long Beach CA, I had bought a Blackberry 8900 to replace a non working Nokia (Refb) 6133, and had no problems with the BB 8900. I planed to use the phone for my trip and hold a copy of my medical files, that was not a problem, till I got in to Albuquerque, my bars dropped to 3 bars, and kept dropping to 1 bar, outside of my brothers house, I was dropping call all the time, and I called to find out why, only have calls to customer service (CS) dropped as well.
From that day on I had to call and wait for them find the problem (s), while I paid my $90 bill each month, I told them that I am a disabled VET, and on a fixed income, and needed my phone to work to get calls from my doctors, and call 911 if needed.
I at one point went down to the Corp Office here in town and they took my phone and said it was working fine. I took my phone to a store and the manager saw full bars, took the phone outside the door (about 4 feet) and the bars were at 3 and dropped to 2. Tmobile wanted me to call them on another phone so we could work on the problem. I told them I was not about to get a land line for that, I know no one here, just my brother, and he had no phone, (waiting time to talk to CS was over 30-45mins), In got them to send me 2 other 8900s, and finally ended up getting a HTC Dash, a lesser model than I had, and had 3 sim cards changed out, but I also put out cash for A MagicJack, and paid them for a years service, now all my family, Friends, and business calls come in on my computer, due to all the dropped calls, my useage was of 2/12 was 76 of 1000 since 1/24. (even after 3 hours with CS the calls were dropped).
Last night I called them and told them that I was going to take their offer of getting out of my contract without any fees, and then they told me that there was nothing in the files about that offer and I had to pay $200 for termaination of the contract, That call took over 3 hours, I then call the Corp office in WA, and the young man on the phone said that he was the very top of the chain, and that he could offer me $100 to buy out, I was very upset and could feel my sugar hitting me, and for the second time in 3 hours A worker at Tmobile hung up on me. I stood up and made it to my sofa and passed out, when I woke up a few hours later I took my blood and it was @ 300, so for me to have pass out I had to be well over 550, any diabetic knows what I am talking about.
Today I got to my computer to stop the "Easypay" with the link "You're currently enrolled in EasyPay. (Discontinue EasyPay)", it was disabled! It cost me $30 to have the bank stop the auto pay. I informed the WA and ABQ offices that was going to file a complaint with the FCC, and consumer complaints, the tone was that they didn't care, I was to told that my account was going to be sent to a collection company and that it would go on my record, I just can't believe how cold this company can be with me paying my bill and getting no service, since I am home most of the time now I just don't need a phone that I can't use. (no radio connection, no network service)
If you have A Tmobile phone, check everything on your account, by the 27th of each month they charged me from 200 to 400 mins for talking to them, they have no respect for Veterans, and none at all for Disabled Veterans.
Free free to call them and tell them how you feel about this and if you are a customer I ask that you think hard about staying with a company that acts like that towards any customer. (Bellevue, wa 98004- Phone: (425) 378-4000)
