Service getting worse and worse best phones stop working after 2 months dont care wont give credits just want your money

We had been with t-mobile for over 6 years it began ok but as time went on it just went down hill. We always bought there newest phones we spent thousands on there lastedt phones. But the past 2 years has been the worst it began with the G-1 you would be lucky to get a web page to load in 2-3 minutes the touch screen sucks to small unless you have pencils for fingers. Reception was far from good with constant dropped calls network failure network not available network busy and more which leads me to believe either they havent upgraded there tours to accomadate the amount of users or the phones just sucked. Well we found out the phone just sucked no matter were we were. The latest was when i was coned into getting the new blackberry pearl flip i was told that if i had a wireless router that my minutes wouldnt be used so i thought great well wrong of course i didnt catch on till 45 days later going through the bill so i called then i was informed i had to have there t-mobile hotspot router at home for it to work and of course a fee. Needless to say i was pist and couldnt return it to long had past. 2 months past and the phone just kept turning off by itself not ringing no text alarm not working draining the battery in 2 hours. So i spent 2 hours with blackberry service redownloading my phone with software its a real pain in the rear. It still didnt fix it so they mailed me a new phone but i had to pay $9.99 for there defective product. I get this phone same model same problems just add echoing now and even more dropped calls and agaian not receiving calls or texts for days. So i get another phone this time i said im not paying your shipping fee for a junk phone i paid $300 for so i get the new phone on jan 28th first call i made was like talking into a garbage can with a 1 second echo of my self talking i called customer care 4 times each time dropped call even to customer service. I asked for bill credits for all my troubles as i was with out pnone service for 3 1/2 weeks total they said they cant give credits liars. Mind you i got all three of these blackberry phones within 7 months all junk 3 pearl flips in 7 months i missed a call from my s. S attorneys to sign papers at the federal court house to get my S. S coverage as i am disabled and i missed it so i have to wait another 4 months just to sign the approval papers "THANKS ALOT T-MOBILE".
PRICING:
we bagan with 2000 minutes for $79.99 after a couple years we wanted to down grade to 1000 minutes because we never went over 1000 they dropped it to $69.99 then we added unlimited texting picture and ninghts and weekends which at the time nights began at 7pm and with no notice changed it to 9pm in the midle of a contract. They justified themselves. So in november our cotract was up and i said i wanted what you were offering everyone else 1000 minutes for $39.99 i was told no i cant do that so im stuck with the high price. So during this past year we bought the newest sidekick "junk" G-1 "junk" 3 blackberry pearl flips "all junk. I called customer servive and they said "whatdo you want me to do about it" i said i want a bill credit as my phones dont work and missing calls and texts and messages they said sorry your in the contract for another 11 months in a condesending voice like: your screwed. During this time we purchased a verizon phone and for 2 months never had one problem or dropped call. So we just ported the numbers. I paid the bill off just before doing so and the next morning at 8:30 in the morning a guy from t-mobile calls and says i owe $187 i said for what charges he had no answer just asked for a credit card to take care of the bill i said no i dont owe you a penny i filled a BBB report and was surorised to see how bad there rating is i called back and said you actually owe me money he hung up
IF YOU WANT A GOOD PHONE DONT BUY A GOOGLE HTC OR ANDROID ALL OF THEM ARE REBUILT JUNK AND T-MOBILES SERVICE IS THE WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
