We have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over seven years and when we moved into our new house, we realized that we get barely one bar for cellphone service. After repeated calls and complaints, T-Mobile didn't lift a finger to help us solve this problem. We pay over $230 per month for four lines, and they don't even help us out with the payments due to these limitations. When we asked why, their reply was that "certain areas with little to no service wasn't guaranteed in the contract." We put up with this until a few weeks ago when there was a minor emergency. Had this been a monumental tragedy, we wouldn't even be able to call 911 because we would have dropped calls. And after paying over $230/ month for cellphone service, why do we need to pay extra $30 for a land line?
T-Mobile is a money-sucker.
