I can understand Juan's fustration, and anger, as I was also approached by SUZIE MOON, representing MK LENDING CORP with the same deal. Being familiar with the area I can attest that the properties are located on the West Side of Buffalo, a drug infested, low economic area to say the least. There is no way the two homes she represented are worth 150K, in my opionion, let alone 2M. What a joke. It makes you wonder what was going in her pocket to dump the poroperties. People like her destroy our indutry. To make matters worse she took it upon herself to represent the owner, and made committmetns several times, and it turned out she never discussed the matter.
