Beware of applications submitted by Suzie Moon they are not accurate or truthful, but contain false information, and always changing. Mrs Moon submitted a transaction for a so-called restaurant owner, Gian Bertolino of Modo Mio Restaurant in Pacific Palisades, CA claiming that he was the owner of a real estate company, and owned two restaurants. Turns our he was an absenty landlord of a couple properties in a getto in NY, and he didn't even own the building that was to be collateral for his restaurant loan. A COMPLETE SCAM.
