I purchased a living room and dining room set a little over a year ago when I recieved my funiture I could tell this wasn't the same quality funiture they had in there showroom. So about a week had gone by and my brother had come down to spend a couple of days with us so he was sleeping on the sofa bed but when I went to fold it back up it wouldn't go in so I call to have it repaired they came out. The repair man notice that it was missing a bracket so he told me at first he would be able to repair it because he didn't have the part that was missing. He said he would be back in a couple of day so he got in his truck, sat for a while then came back to my door saying he found the part he need and proceeded to fix the sofa I asked him that was going to hold the sofa together. He says yes. Now a year and 2 months later I see the side where he put the bracket is starting to droop down. There suppose to send so one out to fix this as far as the pillows going flat well they refuse to do anything about it. Now for the worst part of it is that Hot Sauce ate the varnish off of my kitchen table when I called to have it repaired they told me that I should have used a place mat when I explained that I should be able to put hot sauce on a table she said that it was made for that so they will not cover the damages. This place sucks when it comes to quality funiture.
