I bought a sofa from these people and they delivered to the wrong address because someone made a mistake in thier office i did not change to my new address. I spent almost one hour giving them my new address and trying to get them to reduce the delivery fees, which they refused to do. My old apartment is almost 20min further than the new one. So i thought it may be cheaper. That aside, they still took the sofa to my old address and passed by my apartmet to get there and refused to correct thier mistake. Now i have to call on sunday and reschdule. Almost a month i paid for the sofa. I spoke to a female manager who was so rude, i was in shock. She offred to give me my money back, instead of finding a way to send the sofa i paid for to me and figure who made the mistake. My receipts all have my new address on it. This is my second issue with Ashley funiture mirama San Diego and for sure my last. Bewear people. Big is not always better.
