Incredimail Corp Their Support Is Terrible. Support usually takes 3-4 days to respond. They then ask a STUPID question then disappear AGAIN for another 3-4 days

Incredimail always has problems. But lately it is just horrible. They have gotten so BIG that they no longer respond to anyone's support issues. And if they do it is ONE woman named Daria.

I have owned if for 5 years and now it is just terrible. The SUPPORT is the worst and they are located in Israel so if you live in the USA, forget it!!!

They hardly upgrade and all they are trying to do is make money on their stock as it is traded on the NASDQ under: MAIL

This software is NOT worth the time or money.
