Bought the e-mail stationary software "IncrediMail Premium" and "LetterCreator" bundle (IncrediBundle) from www.incredimail.com as a gift for my husband.
The software codes were received with an e-mail from Incredimail promising "additional information" later. The programs didn't work at that point, so I assumed the "add'l info" would make it work when it arrived.
After several e-mails to customer service we finally got the program. It was buggy, causing my brand new Dell top-of-the-line PC to lock up often.
I requested a refund several times, finally got it on my credit card statement.
Fast forward about a month... My credit card statement had a second charge for the software. I demanded a refund. Was told by IncrediMail's recalcitrant customer service that I had already received a refund. I agreed that I had received a refund, but then they charged me again so they owed me another refund.
I was told to fax a copy of my credit card statement to DR Digibuy for a refund. I actually spoke with a real, live person at DR Digibuy, faxed my credit card statement (on which I had blacked out all potentially sensitive financial info). Never got the second refund.
And now the software license has been blocked by IncrediMail on my computer, so I don't even have their lousy program for the $49 it cost me in the second charge.
