F.Y.I. The Premium Subscribers of IncrediMail have paid for a lifetime subscription to Incredimail Software. This software included a "junk filter."
In late Incredimail offered an "upgrade" to these subscribers. To the dissatisfaction of the subscribers, the upgrade included permanent removal of their current "junk filter". Ironically and concurrently Incredimail began to offer a "new" service called "Junk Filter Plus". And for the low price of $39.95 PER YEAR you could have back the junk filter service that you already paid for!
P.S. They will probably rebut these allegations by saying that Junk Filter Plus is different from the original Junk Filter. This is true. There was an enhancement such as a way to report spammers. Oh! And a nifty little logo: a silver shield that tells you your "junk filter is ON and protecting you inbox"
They could have offered the enhancement without removing the junk filter we already paid for. Too bad they got greedy.
