On December 2 I purchased a pair of MBTs from MBTBI.com for $89.99. It was paid through paypal to *OUZHIWEI198, my receipt number is 0491-9375-4231-4918. I never received the shoes. I have contacted them multiple times via email and the contact form on their website. They only respond to me when I used the contact form on the website. Their responses are always that they will contact the appropriate department. Finally on 1/24 I asked for a refund. They said I would receive it within 48 hours. 4 days later when I contacted them about the refund here is their latest reply on 1/27: Dear customer,
Thanks for the email. Please allow us to rush the concerned department to make the refund.

Still not refund and no shoes. I cannot find any phone numbers or addresses on the website. I don't know how to get my refund or even the shoes I ordered (which I no longer need as I got a pair elsewhere).
