Ripoff for $50, no shoes no refund Columbus ohio

I was a victim of www.dsw.com rip off. I ordered on their website two pair of shoes during a special where if your order was over $50.00 you received free shipping. I paid and received, nothing. No response until the third time of emailing them. A refund of $8.98. My original order total was $58.98 for two pair of sandals.

I had originally contacted them on 8/1/08 and they stated that the total $58.98 would be refunded, waited and no refund. Then after the third time emailing them received an $8.98 refund. No one knows where my shoes disappeared to not the the post office, not dsw. It is a shame because I really was planning to make them my place where I buy shoes.
