I'd XM support from March until 1/12/09. I obtained a declaration within the email showing that I had a need to contact XM Radio to revise my charge card info due to their auto-renewal plan. I determined that I needed to stop my membership instead. Our membership must have terminated on 1/12/09.

I approached their "XM Listener Treatment" line on 1/13/09 @8:30 A.M. I had been on-hold for 10 minutes before somebody called Cheryl responded the point. I informed her that I needed to stop my membership and he or she stated she'd to move me to a different division... Waited another 10 minutes before "Kineisha" arrived about the point. She questioned how she might be of support. I expected her to please stop my membership. She stated that she'd to revise some information… i.E., block address, etc. She questioned why I had been rescheduling and that I stated that I sensed the support was too costly. She agreed to promote ME-1 yr of XM Radio for $77. I rejected. She attempted to provide me another bundle. I rejected. She agreed to provide me 5 weeks of support at no cost. I rejected. Subsequently, she mentioned that my support might proceed until 1/12. I stated, “Pardon me? I don’t understand. The declaration suggested that my support ended on 1/12/09. She said, “Oh, it did, but ‘they’ charged your charge card, recently which means you have support until 1/12.” I said, “How are you able to cost me for ongoing support with no proper credit card info? I'd like this company terminated instantly and my bill acknowledged within the total quantity of $271.95”. She stated, “Ok, I'll stop your consideration, but we shall ask you for 50-cents for getting the service one more day.” I named American Express (our credit support) and instantly contested the costs. Because this simply occurred today, I'll need to delay & observe within the forthcoming payment period to ensure that is solved. Also bad, XM & its team utilize such inadequate, sleazy tactics… I would have delivered like a client in a later period. Sign me a embarrassed former client of XM/Sirius Radio!!
