I saw an ad in the newspaper about post office job openings. I then contacted Netspan Group and they told me all i had to do was make a payment of 129.45 and they would mail me a review book and other information. I did recieve the book and i followed the steps.in order to take the exam you first had to apply for a position on line when i tried applying for a position the site would reject my attept to do so. After attempting various times to apply online i contacted customer service and at that time they told me that there was a dead line of 6 months to take the test. That informatio was not provided to me upon sighning up nor on the informaton i recieved from them.
Time passed by and i made several other attempts to apply online and my attempts continued to be rejected. So, i called them again and i requested a refund and they claimed unable to find my records. I then wrote them a letter and sent a copy of everything they sent me. They did not respond and when i tried calling them again their number was out of service and their website was closed.
