They had an add in the paper for local post office job openings. My husband applied and on March 16 they took 129.45 out of our checking account. My husband was told that when he gets the materials to go online and take the test. However, they failed to tell him you cannot take the test with the US postal service unless the job you are appling for is open. I felt then that something was not right. He called back and they gave him a line of BS and told him if it did not become open in 6 months we would get a full refund. I called numerous of times and got the run around. When i requested to speak to a supervisor i was told they were all in meetings or the call would have to be reviewed and they would contact me. This is crap. I just tried calling again and now the number is no longer in service. How are these people getting away with this!!!???!!! Whom do we contact for help!!!
