I placed an order on 12/11/09... Never received my order, company e-mailed me saying my product was on back order, so i waited. On 12/30/09 i decided i wanted a refund and e-mailed company, received e-mail back 12/31/09 that they would credit my card and it would take 3-7 days. Well it's been over a month and I have called everyday and sent numerous e-mails only to get no response and no refund.
