Placed my order for the buy one get one vacuum cleaner - then called the Windstorm - August 16. Three days later my card was charged for the order. I waited a couple of weeks and never received my order, called and found out that it was backordered and they couldn't give me a timeframe. I cancelled my order since I didn't feel they should have charged me until the order was shipped.
They cancelled it and I still haven't received my refund. I have contacted customer service repeatedly and have always been given a new date for my refund. I still have not received any refund. I have e-mailed the customer service for a quicker response but the only response I have ever gotten is the auto response that someone will respond in 7-10 business days or one that says 24 hours.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB also and the response from the company was that I would receive a refund. They say it, they just won't do it. I am still waiting for my $141.22. I wanted to dispute it with my credit card company but since I waited too long for the company to do what they said they would do, it was too late to get the charge off.
