I placed the order on March 26, they charged my card at that time. After about 6 weeks I still had not recieved the product, I e-mailed them and they promptly responded that the product was on back order and expected in the warehouse by March 31.By April 20th I still had not recieved the product I began e-mailing them, but got no response. I patiently waited giving the benefit of the doubt. A week later April 27, I e-mailed again several times, demanding my order to be canceled and receive a refund. Still heard nothing, the next week I e-mailed and also tried to call them several time, phone calls do not go through and all voice mail boxes are full. 3 Months later I am now at a dead end - I still have no product, and they have my $36.87.
