Brent Johnson is the owner and operator of Brent's Carpet Cleaning of Boise, Idaho. I found his business through a referral, and had him clean the carpets of a home I purchased. His work was terrible.
Originally the carpets were dirty, but in good condition. His price was cheap, and so was the job he did. It did not look any different from the previous condition.in many spots it looked worse.
Ultimately he spent 2 hours soaking the carpet with water. This causes stains from the pad and the floor to come back to the carpet and makes it look worse.
I called Brent to ask about how he guarantees satisfaction, and he stated that he does not. There is no refund, and that I "got my money's worth." He told me to "call another carpet cleaner to do better. This is carpet cleaning, not carpet restoration."
I hired someone to do a job, not pay for their time to get my carpet soaked.
Brent's Carpet Cleaning lacks integrity, customer service, and the ability to clean carpets. Go get your "money's worth" elsewhere.
