We purchashed new carpet just a few months ago and now the color, clam shell white is turning a tan color.
It is also falling apart, and nothing that is dropped, or spilled on it will come up, no matter what is used to clean it.
In the 29 years we have been cleaning carpet, we have never come across carpet that just keeps getting worse with each cleaning.
We have contacted the owner about this, and he was supposed to get back with us, that was over a month ago. All we wanted was for them to replace this carpet with carpet that has been treated for easier cleaning. It is going to cost us a fortune to replace it if they continue to ignore us. Can you help us keep this out of the courts? We don't like to sue people. Thank You! Mr. Sherlock
