Bought vehicle in December. Radiator fluid started leaking same weekend. Contacted dealer and was told they would look at it and order part. Mechanic misdiagnosed problem and ordered a part which did not fix leakage. After that, the employees and owner gave the runaround. 3 1/2 weeks later, the diagnostic bill (from the dealership), parts, and labor are all being paid by us, not the dealer as was stated in the limited warranty. (50% parts and 50% for labor by their mechanic who could not make it into work most of the time). Suggested a compromise in that the dealer would order the parts (pay only 50%) and the labor would be performed by our reliable, dependable mechanic (Auto Depot would pay 50%) as we were without this vehicle because of the engine problem. An individual became upset, told me that he, "would do nothing for me, " and hung up.in sum, the limited warranty and their word means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
