I got a Audi A4.. The timing belt broke off requiring new head gaskets for the car that continental supposedly covers. When I first purchased the warranty I asked If i could use the actually dealer instead of a regular mechanic... Which they said yes. After taking it to the dealer, continental refused to pay for the work requiring me to have the car towed to another mechanic but I still had to pay the diagnostic fee from the dealer. The reason they say is that I can only use car parts they provide which is not in the contract. The only thing the contract says is that they can use parts of the same quality. But it never said it only uses there parts. Now that I bent over backwards and did all the BS they wanted me to do they still haven't shipped out the parts for my mechanic to do the job. Its been since Christmas eve and I still don't have my car. They always find a different excuse to stall. They sell you the warranty as a reliable place but when you DO need them to actually do a claim they find ways to make it impossible. They are only scamming people to buy the warranty but it really doesn't cover major work. Only super small work under $400.. Don't get caught up with them
