The owner of BESCO Is a greedy woman, she uses the cheapest parts available and will charge dealer prices, She allows her mechanic to make up electrical problems that dont even exist, for example I have first hand knowledge of a customer who brought his car In for a electrical problem Air Conditioning wouldnt work the owners mechanic found a blown fuse he replaced the fuse to verify that the Air Conditioning worked and It did, The owner and the mechanic decided to make something up and they did, they charged the man 3 hours labor to replace a fuse, this Is just one example there are many more Instances like this taking place at BESCO, she charges 1 hour labor which Is $80.00 to check vehicle out which Is enough time to pinpoint just about any problem but not for her she will always have to get more time from customer usually due to mechanics lack of experience and BESCOs old and out dated equipment. Greed has got the best of the Owner of BESCO she has decided that hiring cheap Mexican labor can make her a bigger profit at the expense of Her Customers. I have on many occasions seen her mechanic condemn parts on a vehicle only to find out the part was not needed that the real problem was something else but still charge for the part that the vehicle didnt need. BESCO rebuids starters and Alternators using used parts they remove from used units and good luck trying to warranty a rebuilt starter or alternator the Incompetent rebuilder always put the blame on the customer Its always a bad battery or low charged battery that makes his units go bad never his workmanship. The owner of BESCO Donna Hahn has little to no experience In the automotive repair field except as a secretary for her husband and her sons. This has got to be the most unprofessional business I have ever encontered In my 30 years of work.
