I had to file a formal complaint with my credit card company to get the fraudulent charges this hotel charged to my card taken off. I contacted Intercontinental Hotel group about the situation and they told me they had to pass it to the hotel's manager directly. Day after day I waited to hear from him to no avail. I contacted IHG again and they apologized he didn't get back to me, but offered no solution. Finally, I just took the matter to my credit card company, which resolved things. Be warned that this hotel will charge your credit card for your stay even if you cancel your reservation well within the allotted time frame. Then, they won't talk to you about removing the charge. And, IHG, their parent company, will pass the buck. I will never again stay in any IHG hotel or resort.
