This jeweler has rotten customer service. And in my opinion the owner is a thief. I took my grandmothers watch to be repaired. They didn't do the repairs because it was too expensive. I misplaced the claim ticket and even with ID the owner refuses to return my watch. He says he "lost" it. He also said that if the watch meant anything to me I would not have lost the claim ticket. Have to go to small claims court now.
