Pokanka Lexus of Chantily, VA service dept staff have stolen a customer Rolex watch. The value of the watch is $10,000. Police report is filed and verifies that the watch is stolen at the Pohanka Lexus service dept. The customer left the watch in the dealership loaner car. The service Dept found the watch and acknowleged having the watch. They claim the watch was stolen from the service dept, where only the manager and a couple of service dept staff knew where the watch was. They refuse to cooperate with the Police (refused lie detector tests) and refuse to return the watch or reimburse the owner of the watch.
