I brought a watch to have an estimate for a cracked crystal to be replaced. They sent the watch out (i was not aware would not be fixed on site) the estimate was for 48$. I declined the repairs. It took over 1 week for the watch to come back to the store (went in twice to pick it up.). When it came in the crystal was cut off of the watch. The watch was handed back to me with the hands exposed and the crystal cut up. The owner said that he was under no obligation to tell me that the watch would be damaged or changed during the "estimate process". When I demanded that they repair it for free so that it could at least be returned in the condition I gave it to them, he refused. He stared yelling at me. The owner shoved the watch at me yelling that he owed me nothing for the condition of the watch upon return. He is an arrogant angry abusive man. He ought to be out of business.
