Facets is an order by mail and return endeavor. They arbitrarily took $250.00 off my CC to reinstate me for another year AFTER I selected a month-to-month plan. Then they put me on a 2 at a time deal instead of a 4 at a time, which as a Patron member I am entitled to. Because i complained about this, without using offensive communication, Facets now sends out movies whenever they want and has deprived me of what I have paid for. They have lied to me over the phone and claim they're a charity, which is fine. But having paid alot, I consider this business. Facets lies and steals, guaranteed.
