This jeweler has rotten customer service. And in my opinion the owner is a thief. I took my grandmothers watch to be repaired. They didn't do the repairs because it was too expensive. I misplaced the claim ticket and even with ID the owner refuses to return my watch. He says he "lost" it. ...
