Being ripped off through greendot credit card

I made several attempts to contact My Green dot by phone for about two months with no results. Upon calling the 866-795-7597 during the two months I would have input my credit card # several times and would get not activated or unavailable or the phone number has been changed where I would still get the same, Re - inputting the card several times and call another number. I also tried on the internet and was not able to get any help. On the net I got the same crap. 866-443-6227 was one of the other numbers I was given through the 866-795-7597. Finally a couple of weeks ago an asian gal answered and told me I had a negative balance of $2.80. I told her I was not able to get any help with the card for about two months. I called again today & the negative balance on the card is $11.?? Obviously I could not get a response until they were able to add charges on the card. I do not like getting ripped off and refuse to pay. I have other cards with them and another card was denied about 10 days ago but I checked the balance on it today and it shows what I show. It has a possitive balance. So I don't know really if my problem is with Mygreendot's or the rep I got which I feel sure was the same one that I originally activated the card with when I first purchased the card because she had a bad attitude & sounded like the same gal.
