Well I tryed green dot after seeing a commercial. And I can say I wish I would not have! First my funds were place on hold with out notification. (And I was traveling with hotel fees pre-authorized to be refunded to this card.) After speaking with green dot my card was re activated for 2weeks. (I was told I had unusual transaction and They don't allow business transactions, so they decided to close my card because I paid for rental cars, hotels and made internet purchases.) Well that still was not a problem because I contacted Western Union I got another card.
Where the problem came was when they close my card, I had a refund that posted the next day for $206 and I have been calling emailing sending questions requesting a call and I get nothing. The phone systems hangs up without letting me speak to customer service. (I have tryed. Several times.) The questions get a responce that states call green dot they need more information and The call requested... I have not received. What a company... Bad thing is... This is all green dots process.
