Card not delivered as promised, activation under review, no way to find out why

I bought one of these pre-paid credit cards (GreenDot) and activated it on 12/7/07.

The card has not arrived (12/24/07) and when I contact customer service I get the cryptic message that my "activation is still under review" and get hung up on.

The card is promised in 5-10 working days.

There is no way to get to a human contact without an activated card so I am in limbo with apparently no way to use the money I committed or get a refund from the company.
