PODS stored my stuff in two containers for many months while we built our house. When delivery time came, they brought out a container, backed it up our driveway, and then said they could not deliver it even though the driveway drop area was flat, plenty large and with no overhead wires or anything to prevent delivery. They took it back to the warehouse. I had a huge moving truck on two visits, other large deliveries, no problems but PODS manager would not even come out and see if the driver's judgement was right or wrong. It cost me a fortune to hire a truck and crew (I am 64 years old) and deliver my own stuff at Christmas time and be ready for my family to come for the holidays, which ended up terrible because by that time we did not have enough time to unpack after all the hassle. Awful experience with PODS and I would never recommend them. Their "Platinum Service" line is a joke on stilts.
