I took a two year sabatical and stored my belongings in PODS. The drivers who delivered and removed my PODS from my driveway were exceptional. The driveway was complicated and they took the time and had the skills to carefully manipulate the POD into my small driveway. The customer service reps were always friendly and considerate. Scheduling to put more stuff in my POD was a breeze. Scheduling to have my POD delivered across the country was easy and done on time! I could not have asked for better customer service. PODS is at the top of my list for customer service.
