I recently used PODS to store my household items when I was transferred from Florida to California. Everything was just perfect. The driver showed up on time to deliver to the POD. He was extremely courteous. We loaded the POD and the next day, on time, the driver showed up to pick it back up. The POD was in storage for two months until my company coordinated the move. All it took was one call to PODS to let them know that the movers would be coming to their facility to transfer the contents from the POD to the truck. I sent via Fedex the key to my PODS to the facility in Tamarac. The day the movers showed up, I received a call from PODS just to confirm my PIN number.
This was the absolute perfect experience. Continuous follow from PODS and excellent customer service.
I would recommend them anytime, anywhere.
