I want to cancel the order... I called the toll free number... Was on the phone for over 2 hours...
No one answers the 888-765-5557 number so
i went on the site to cancel... I put all the info there but i do not get a confirmation that it went through... Now, they keep sending and taking my money for the product. They also say to send
the product back to a particular address but i wonder if they will cancel or still keep on sending the product and keep taking my money... So far, they have sent it three times and i have canceled after receiving the first order... But they dont seem to be responding. So i have to say, be very aware of this company COLONSMART.
I was aware of this company through a survey i was doing for a laptop computer. So that is not a good idea to be ordering through a survey from an unknown company. I did Blockbuster and the other and the service is fine. Just be aware of ones that we are not familiar with.
