I canceled the product a month ago and today my Visa account is charged again. I called them and ask them why do they sent me their juice again after I already cancel? Their operator is telling me that my cancellation (ref# 872788) doesn’t appear on their system. I talk to a supervisor (Maria sic!) and I get the same answer. I already made a complaint with BBB and now I’ll try to sue them for a Million Dollars.
