I attempted to order Bendaroos off their website on 8/14/08. I went through the order process and at the end they give you 5 or 6 other products you must decline or they automatically add them to your order. I thought I was upgrading my purchase they automatically added another product to what I had already bought. They placed the order without allowing me the opportunity to review my order prior to placing it.
I immediately attempted to cancel my order. There is no email address and the customer service number is not toll free. I called customer service and they were closed for the day. Immediately the next day I called again and after at least 30 minutes of waiting I was notified it had already shipped.
I told them according to their website it would take 2-6 weeks to ship but she just said it shipped. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they put me through to a number the told me to leave a number and then hung up. I called the ordering number and of course it is all automated.
This website is designed to get people to order product they do not want. I am thoroughly disgusted and want everyone to know what a ripoff they are.
