Interest Charged After Paying Off Balance in Full, Account Closure Requested

I paid them off in full in june I did this on the phone and needed to pay 10.00 because I was calling. Next month I'm being charged bogus interest fees I told them I want my account closed. I still see those fees on line. I was told it was taken off but I don't believe them. I was calling India and nobody is helpful. I will never do Care Credit again next is the BBB bureau if they continue with this scam game.
