No credit / refund issued - delay tactics used to prevent dispute on credit card

Pools Etc Inc continually lied about sending me my rebate forms and then lied about issuing me a credit/refund for the amount of the refund. They kept telling me they would issue the refund, but they were having problems in accounting.
They are liars! Do not do business with this company!!!
