I placed an order with you in Sept. The order was cancelled & refund requested. I have yet to receive any refund.

"Tatiana I do apologize for the delays with receiving your refund. The accounting department has received our request to issue your refund and they will issue your refund in the order in which it has been received. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement depending on your bank. Again my apologies for the inconvenience this delay has caused."
I never heard from them again & they still have not refunded my money. They do not answer emails. These people are dishonest & theives. I will not quit until I find an agency that is willing to put them out of business.
