Lied about availability of size pool telling me I would have to adjust my deck to the other size pools available Used old parts from old pool while installing new pool Will not give me a refund of money he did not use for supplies

Larry lied about availability of size pool I needed, telling me that just don't make 21' size pools anymore and that I would have to adjust my deck to the other size pools available.

Used old parts from old pool while installing new pool.

Will not give me a refund of the money I paid him for parts he never used or supplied.

Will not answer his phone.
