Een at the store 8 years got fired for hanging on to deposits 06same thing i was doing since 1997. Got fired for it. I did sign a lawsuit 2001 and it progressive to eeoc. I did train people and the little traing that they let me give them was never a full 5 weeks. But yet went to store as manager making 200.00 more a week then i did sounds llike you. Ready to do a class action on this type email. Also where you screemed and holled at in front of public another class action suit. Did your manager take your keys and who knows what with them in your office bythere self? All sounds like this is you? Was your district mgr verbel abuse and hit on things? Did you get an email threat you must stay in your store 7 day a week till there 5 program? How many times the truck was late and your help was there and or a driver overslept or broke down then you almost have to take the truck youseft and worked more hrs after that and let people go home because you would be over on payroll? All this sounds famlier lets get a class action against district managers talked to Atttorney 3 people pay 100n alredy have 2 people lets go at it they took us as a slave now lets take them for this also have never had a full week vacation in 8 years only allowed 40.00 to cover me a day in 1998 and still in 2006 could not take pay for sick leave had to cut back in hrs all of this is not in the lawsuit that they had just lost in alabama.
