My family and I went to Steak 'N Shake and had an awful experience! The waitress was rude. She messed up my family's order, didn't give us silverware until we complained about it for 20 minutes (thus resulting in cold food), and wasn't even polite to us. When we finally got silverware, some it was filthy and had food stuck on it! When we spoke to the manager, he was just as rude as the waitress. He treated us like he didn't see anything wrong in how we were treated! Also, the table was filthy, and we had to wait 5 minutes for it to be cleared of dishes, disinfected, and wiped clean. I won't go back there, unless I have a good reason to.
