My wife and i have been there four times in the last six months. Each time we have been ignored, treated rudely and gotten cold food. Complaints are met by a snotty "i dont care and i will argue with you" attitude.
A complaint submitted to the Steak-n-Shake website also went unanswered. We're done with them. My advice, Don't bother going there. You will leave angry, I promise.
