I named on 11/9/09 to close my existing account with Capital One credit card and they refused to close it until it has a Zero balance. I am aware the stability might stay till reduced, I simply no further wish to accomplish business together. I'd like it to be documented towards the Credit Agencies that it's was a merchant account shut at customer's demand on 11/9/09. I actually do plan to contain it reduced from the end-of the entire year. I'm upset they WOn't recognize my request.
